About Ashley
Ashley is an engagement director and oversees all decisions regarding the completion of each project, analysis of complex quantitative and qualitative research findings, and sets and exceeds client expectations. She is the field general for project operation start to finish.
Ashley brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic advisement, management and strategy consulting for federal clients, fortune 500 companies and startups. She has delivered numerous growth plans to clients for success and expansion through North America, EMEA and APAC regions.
As a military officer, Ashley was responsible for operations and joint missions around the world that impacted the lives of Soldiers in the U.S. Army and other contingent nations. She has tactical, operational and strategic level experience from her duties assigned and has used lean six sigma and design thinking to influence the improvement and efficiency of many projects.
Ashley’s corporate experience for management and strategy consulting companies includes Goldman Sachs, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Hewlett Packard Enterprises, Kansas City Southern Railway Company, AMC Group, and N26. Notable federal clients she has served includes the Defense Health Agency, Federal Thrift and Investment Board, and the Department of State – CfA.
Ashley grew up on the East Coast but currently enjoys living in Austin, Texas with her fiancée and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, craft beverages, culinary experiences, and digital photography.
