Dave develops relationships with Acclaro’s clients in private equity client, investment banking and operating companies and oversees the execution of engagements across the full complement of Acclaro’s service offerings.

Dave’s has more than 25 years in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory and corporate acquisition search, private equity deal flow, market due diligence, corporate strategic growth decision support and data and insights visualization for leadership audiences. Drawing from bespoke research Dave ensures valid guidance on growth strategy, opportunity assessment, market due diligence, acquisition road-mapping, and industry sector evaluation.

Dave’s approach is highly analytical, rational, and fact-based – entrenched in the fundamentals of competitive intelligence and the theory of experts. His skill set incorporates a combination of business analysis experience, buy-side and sell-side advisory, diligence, synergy analysis, and external growth opportunity assessment.

Previously, Dave led the research and analysis division of a boutique investment bank in Washington, DC, working closely with C-level and corporate M&A department heads at large, global, multi-divisional organizations serving strategic buyers. Dave founded and led, for over 10 years, a business consultancy specializing in custom market research, market intelligence, and strategic growth opportunity analysis.

Outside of Acclaro, Dave is an avid poker tournament player, coaches and plays on his community-based softball team, and enjoys travel involving unique experiences, local food, and adventure.
