Jack serves on Acclaro engagements in multiple ways – either as the Engagement Director or taking ownership of the complex analytics work that contributes to the solution.
Prior to his work with Acclaro, Jack was a Data Science Specialist at Gartner, regularly crafting and administering surveys for both middle market and large enterprise organizations. His work covered all key functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Research & Development.
Specializing in highly customized research, Jack draws on his background to turn data into actionable insight. Jack is driven by digging through data to find the subtle critical themes and helping our clients see the layers that extend beyond the more superficial insights.
Jack specializes in voice of the customer research and market sizing. Jack’s ability to reconcile the story with large quantities of data helps him quickly create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that allow our clients to see their data in real time.
Jack lives in Hayward, California with his fiancée and his dog. When he’s not composing and programming research programs, he enjoys playing and watching ice hockey and taking his dog on road trips.
